JLAether, I have a slightly larger room (14x22x8) with the same receiver, RP-6000Fs up front with the RP-504C, RP-500Ms as surrounds & it's been my xp that the 500Ms are more than adequate for surrounds, mine are about 6.5' away from the MLP. I can't speak on the RP-8000F but the 6000F I have are impressive, I could not go back to bookshelf speakers as my fronts after experiencing the towers. Some food for thought: I think you're going to need an external amp I believe. The 3700H can PROCESS 11 channels but can only power 9 if I remember right. You might consider a 3 channel amp to power the LCR & then you're good to go. If that $750 is for a PAIR of 8060FA you should probably run and do that.
