  1. This might be the only solution here while we wait for them to update the Firmware in 2024
  2. Does your EQ actually save? The app will show your custom EQ, but in reality it is not getting applied after they turn off and back on again. At least this has been the current behaviour for almost a year on HW version 1. Could you confirm that on HW2 it actually saves?
  3. With the latest firmware you should not have 3 modes. They removed that feature (well, left it to only 2 modes) because they have added EQ, which you can set from the Klipsch connect app. The only problem is that currently the settings are not saving and you have to readjust them every time you turn them on.
  4. Are the EQ settings saving for you? It seems like every time I turn them on I have to change the EQ to flat and then back to Custom.
  5. +1 here, I've just created my account to post here. Exact same behaviour. The Bluetooth thing is annoying as hell, the only way around it for me was to remove the connection altogether from my phone so it never connects. Hopefully we can get a firmware update soon, this is a big mess... EQ not saving, Bluetooth messing up the TV input, volume knob... For a 900€ speaker I would expect A LOT more. We need an update ASAP!
