Can an admin please approve my post?

I bought this reference 5.1 from Costco and I have noticed the subwoofer bass is like 20% of capacity even at max level and doesn't sound anything like when I got it. I can only feel the bass if I am standing right beside it. Any idea what is going on and if I need to reset or look into something? It is 13 months old and used seldomly. I am not sure if its covered by warranty as well.
