After the Cinema 600 which I had in my bedroom died (October 2022) I decided I would replace it with separates.
so I purchased a pair of RP-8000F ll, and a pair of RP-600M ll with a SPL-120 Sub and last week the sub died. I’veonly had this system seven months.
Anyway I contacted Crutchfield and they felt my pain the associate who was assisting me decided to shipped areplacement unit but since this is my second Klipsch powered product to die with regular use, I'm done with Klipsch
powered speakers.
I'm going with SVS, besides I'm leaning into only purchasing equipment where the manufacture stand behind their
stuff like SVS (five years unconditional) So yeah, I'm selling the SPL-120.

Yeah, I was just sitting around thinking and decided to check out the online community. To see if there was anyone who had or who heard of anyone who'd utilized one of these subwoofers like that.

@001 Yeah, I've saw some blogs where people have repaired their Cinema series soundbars. I just decided not to. Thank you for your assistance.

001, you misunderstood my question. I know that subwoofer is ok. I was just curious to find out if I could use it (wirelessly) with another system. More out of curiosity than anything else

Hello all. I am curious because my cinema 600 died. So I was wondering could I upcycle the subwoofer. And use it with another system?

It’s a SPL-120 so it’s one of the older ones. However based on what I’ve learned from a variety of sources. Klipsch has a problem with their powered speakers/sound bars etc
