Hi, I recently purchased "the One II" from Joe's Audio in the UK. I can connect different devices and stream audio through it no problems. The volume dial, however, never seems to do anything. I tried the reset function but the 10 second reset also did not seem to do anything. The power switch and little LED light indicating power on is working. I can control the volume on my device (e.g. iphone or Mac) but the volume dial never does anything. I have checked all our devices to make sure only one device is connected. Still no luck.
