    VeniNH2 posted a topic in Headphones

    Left earbud is unresponsive. All the time red light is on: in case and out of case. I have tried cleaning them, I tried to do factory reset (blinking only right one, left on is unresponsive ) I have tried syncing the earphones ( right one is blinking red, left one is unresponsive and still red light is on) I have tried holding power button for 20 sec, and it doesn’t help as well. Any other way to solve the problem?
