  1. But you have the Klipsch The Three with google assistant (heritage) ? Strange.... So you have reset your device again, and still Cannot communicate with the device ? You reinstalled the google home app ? And have you reset your router ? What region are you ?
  2. Did you remove the Klipsch from the google home app,and after that a reset form the device and then again connect it in Google home app ?

  5. That is ok if you are a android user, but what if you have a iPhone ?
  6. Yes but I cannot roll back the google home app on a iPhone to try.
  7. I called Google also today. The same riddle. So reset, install again the google home app etcetera etcetera. I say to him, it beginning to look al lot like (Christmas) a world problem. Because also Marshall products are infected now. I believe, no I am sure , Google is the one to blame. They did something and blocked out brands to use ok, google. And Why ? Some say the lawsuit between Google and Sonos. Others say a patent problem. But in the end , we the user , have got the problem now that we can not use our product anymore !! Google, Klipsch do something about it ! This is not normal.
  8. That is now just the problem , nobody knows. Google and also not Klipsch take the responsibility. And as long nobody says who is responsible nothing will happen.
  9. Yes it is now getting a world problem. From all sort of countries now complains. So They all made a mistake ? I think that Google, has shut down things. I cannot prove it, but after calling Google , I really think so now.
  10. I agree with you, if support does not change in only if your are under warranty , or buy something else. No Klipsch for me anymore then. I like their sound, but not the support.
  11. It is really a shame, neither if it is a Klipsch or google problem. Klipsch has a contract with Google. Not the customer. They make a product that works with Google. We buy it in a shop. So off course the shop is the first we must complain to. But, it is really a shame that we are now left behind with a product that does not work anymore. Abd that with in my case , just two years old !
  12. I got an email back sorry for the inconvenience, we close the ticket now. And that is it ! Nothing from we will investigate this problem further. Oh my god, go and buy a new one, 500 euro after two years gone ! Never again Klipsch in this way for me. A lawsuit that is better, haha 🙂
  13. That service from Klipsch , I got almost tears in my eyes from it. The attitude almost hostile against buyers from Klipsch products. I said to him , read the Klipsch community and gave him the link. It is by more then one people. This is the reaction after several emails : We have received many messages from you today. Like previously stated, we have tried everything on the troubleshooting front with the product. It looks like there is still persistent issues with it's compatibility / connectivity. You will want to reach out to the dealer where it was purchased if it is still under warranty. If it is not under warranty, you will need to look toward the cost of a different product. They only gave me the solution reset, take the name Klipsch out of bluetooth and repair and that is it. Mine is about 2 years and 1 month old. I live in the Netherlands. And we are not used to not get more support. They also don't sell anymore the product. I have the idea that they think, it does not matter me. Never had such a bad support till now.
