  1. Unfortunately no solution, no. Last time I spoke to them, they said they would pass it to their development team. I waited a week but did not get a reply. Ended up returning the speakers... I did however ask them to still take the problems I had serious because I am not the only one who experiences them. They did end up providing me a 30% discount code, but I don't think I'll be using it.
  2. @Sixekko You're welcome. 😉 I did recently notice new problems though... BT audio no longer seems to work and the AUX and Phono inputs only produce static noise (or a beep if I flip the switch on the back of the primary speaker). I'm working with Klipsch on getting these things resolved. Reverting to the original firmware does fix these inputs (but of course re-introduces the EQ problems). Are you facing the same issues as I show in this video? https://youtu.be/b9aHqQou5fE
  3. I contacted Klipsch regarding this issue and the Live Chat operator sent the below firmware. Use at your own risk; I'm not sure if this is an official / stable firmware, but this has fixed the EQ problems for me! The .zip-file contains the instructions on how to update. Before installing the below update, make sure to update to the previous firmware using these instructions: https://support.klipsch.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046482812 --- What's new in this update: • Addresses an issue where EQ settings would not be applied after resuming from Standby • Addresses an issue where Night Mode would be partially enabled after standby, if it had been set before Download and un-zip the following file: https://pubklipschfirmwarefiles.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/Fives/2023-01-31-EQAndNightModeUpdate/Fives+EQ+Update+Files+-+Klipsch+Product+Support.zip
