I have the sub set at 50hZ right now - - It seemed like I was getting too much bump when I had it higher. I let the speakers play full range, figured they probably dropped off around 60 hZ. Thanks for the info.

I have a pair of old Heresy's (140X582 /140X583) that I got in the early 80's. They still sound great and the cabinets are made with real wood (it's plywood, but at least it's not veneer) - I am trying to match them up with a HSU 1220 sub, and wondered what the approximate drop off is for the bass. Any ideas?
