    I'm currently building a new home theater setup (7.1 initially and will probably add ceiling speakers for atmos later) and am curious if I will need an amp or if the receiver will be enough to power the new speakers. Any help would be much appreciated. Receiver: Pioneer Elite VSX-LX805 Speakers: Klipsch RP - 8000F II x2 Klipsch RP - 504C II Klipsch RP- 502S II x2 Klipsch RP - 500SA II x2
