I just got my hands on a set of Nines. Connecting the Klipsch app on my phone shows there is a firmware update available. However, I can't seem to keep a stable connection to the speaker to make the update. It either sits on 0% or just d/c part way through the upgrade. Can someone point me to files/ instructions on how to update the Nines via USB? I can see a package for the Fives, but not Nines on the support page. Trying to make this upgrade as I'm having a LOT of HDMI-ARC stability problems atm. With the speakers refusing to stay connected to my Sony tv.
