  1. Hi, Thanks, went in today, and wiped on some 303 Protectant on the rubber surrounds. Suppose to keep or help the rubber stay supple and was a tip from a Stereo Electronic Tech. In a few months will take a soft cloth and wipe everything down and should look even better. It is good when things all come together!
  2. Hi, Well, the highs seemed clearer and the mids were more open. Over all an improvement and now have done everything possible to help them sound as good as possible. Worth the money and effort to me. Cleaned the wood and stained with black leather dye, did not want more paint on to hide the wood grain. Installed a grill on the back to protect the passive. Later rubbed in some Howard'sFeed and Wax, and was done.
  3. Hi, Well, Crites got some of my business, I guess... Put in the Ti Tweeters, Dynamatted the Horns and then... Bought the "Silver" Option Caps and put those in. Cabinets will be next along with an inside brace to help strengthen the sides. Speakers sounding very nice in my Wokshop with a Sansui AU-317!
  4. Hi, Thanks, have the Ti Tweeters coming in and I'm going to Dynamat the Horns (not cabinets)... Probably will also recap with Crites Kit (silver) and sand restain finish cabinets. Picked these up for $135 so have a little $$$ left over for a refurb!
  5. Hi, Found a decent pair of totally stock Black KG-4's at a good price. Sound very good to me. So, whats next? What would you more experienced Klipsch Fans do, to get them, like you would want???
