I actually have the exact same problem on The Nines. I have escalated this problem within Klipsch and waiting for response since November. Based on the troubleshooting I did and the fact that the issue also exists with The Sevens and with two different customers..... I highly suspect a design issue with the auto off circuitry on the power board. Probably easily fixed through a firmware update.
