Hi all, thanks for the tips here. I own 2 units of the Pro Media 2.1 Desktop Speakers with Subwoofer: one at my office, one at home. The sound is amazing. From time to time, on both my units I notice the subwoofer just stops working (even when the subwoofer dial is up) when I haven't done anything to the unit (it just stops working on its own). But then it usually works again after a while. This time, one of my units (home) it just stopped working and I can't get it working after unplugging the power and plugging back in, resetting all the connections, etc. Has anyone else experienced this? The subwoofers both worked when I purchased them (about 2 years ago), but stop working after a while. The speakers work fine, it's just the subwoofer. I will try unscrewing the back plate suggestion to check the connections there since nothing else worked. Thanks!
