The ceiling is 9'. With the small room, what are the disadvantages? The seat will be a little over 8' from the screen so that shouldn't be a problem. I was also going to have a trayed ceiling.

I have a Sunfire Processor, ATI Amp, KLF-30's in front, KLF-C7 in the center, KSW-15 sub, and RF-3 surrounds. I want to replace my surrounds with RS-3 or RS-7's. Would either be a good choice with the rest of my speakers? Has anyone used Klipsch wall or ceiling speakers? Are you pleased with them? Do you think they would match the rest of my system? I'm moving my home theater and wonder if it is worth upgrading to 6.1 or 7.1? If you have upgraded, was it worth it? Do many new DVD's support 6.1 or 7.1? I can only think of a couple DVD's that have the DTS ES logo on the box. Sunfire Processor ATI Amp KLF-30's, KLF-C7, RF-3 (surrounds)

Thanks for the information...maybe I should replace my rear speakers with something else? I have RF-5 rear speakers and they may be hard to get 2' above the listeners head.

I have a home theater equipment setup in my lower level family room that is about 19x30. I have a 65" HDTV, Sunfire processor, ATI Amp, and Klipsch KLF-30's, C-7, and 15" Sub. We have an addition unfinished bedroom. I was thinking about moving the equipment this room and make it a home theater.. The room is about 16' Deep and 15' Wide. Do you think this room is too small? If the sofa is almost at the back wall, how do you recommend positioning the rear speakers? Thanks, Gary
