I contacted the klipsch customer service before taking my system to them, they only asked me to take the system to the place were i bought it.Never thought i was going to be charged for this. What is this port noise, they said the cone inside my woofer was loose or somethg and some wires were broken. Thank u very much for replying to my msg. Do tell me what this port noise is. I will be gettin my system back tommorrow will check if it still exists thanx once again

My Promedia 4.1 had some trouble with its sub-woofer it made some fluttering sound whenever i played some sounds with low range.I bought the Promedia speakers from AL-Hatef Dubai in October 2002. I send the system back to them for repairs in June-2003 and after checking the system they wanted 100 dirhams for the repairs this was a product which had 1yr warranty which concluded in October 2003. There service was awful and i never expected a Klisch dealer to be this bad with there customers one of the main reasons I bought these system was because your after sales service was legendary.I am absolutely outraged at the behavior of your dealer.I hope you will take some action to make your customer care of your dealers better. And I need an explanation for your dealer charging for my Promedia subwoofer repairs within the specified warranty period.

My 4.1 subs produce some kind of fluttering sound when i play certain music even with the windows and the PM volume turned jus half way up, is it some kind of air turbulence coz it definetly sound like that. P.S help me out to recify this ,will i need to change the sub's and how can i make it sound louder .I dont think my PM's are even as loud as those creative Inspire 4.1's. can i increase my windows main volume above the half way mark will it damage the speakers. PIII 650 320MB SDRAM ASUS P3B-F Board SB Live 5.1 Riva TNT 2 AGP Suggest the best setting for the sound card I go nuts trying to figure out which the best setting is.

Someone please help me out on which would be the ideal setting for playing music , playing games or watching DVDS in the SB Live software configuration. For games i guess the EAX effects wud be the best but i'm really confused about the other settings ,is it wrong to set the windows volume above 50% and wht % shud i set the bass and treble to get gud pucnhy bass and gud trebble.
