I posted in the technical forum, but didn't get a response.. anyway.. i bought the promedias some time ago while i was still in the states, brought em to Malaysia with me. I bought a step down transformer to use with the v2-400s.. and they've been working fine for 3months. Just a few days back.. i've been having problems turning em on.. sometimes they turn on fine, sometimes they dont. Check the transformer, its working fine. So I brought em to an authorized Klipsch Distributor in M'sia (Tat Chuan Audio Sdn Bhd; Got them from this website via the dealer locater function) The technicians in Tat Chuan told me that recently they've stopped servicing promedias, but they would do me a favor by servicing the promedias.. altho they can't guarantee that it can be fixed. They said that Klipsch USA does not send spare parts overseas..? Is this true? I really hope that this isn't the case as I really want my pros working again.. and Tat Chuan Sdn Bhd will not be able to fix up my pros if they can't get the spare parts from Klipsch. Right now, the pros are with em.. they will be check on next week to see where the problem lies. Just want to know if its true on that part where Klipsch USA doesn't sell spare parts for the promedias overseas?
