    I only tried to order one cuz funds are a little tight right now. (Had to by a new Multi State Hauling F*** Mobile)

    While Klipsch does not offer a 'kit' you can buy the CP-1 and 4 Sats seperately. However cost wise it just doesnt make sence. The CP-1 is $50. I am pretty sure the 'improved' sats with the new crossover are also going to be $50 each. So we have a CP-1 at $50 + 4 sats at $50 each ($50+$50+$50+$50) $200. That is $250! Better off to just buy the new 4.1 when they become available. That way you get the whole package with warranty and all.

    This is a Duct Tape Public Service Announcement for all of those dealing with the California Energy Crisis.

    How Duct Tape Can Help the California Energy Crisis:

    1. Duct tape over light switches so you think twice before flipping them

    on.

    2. Dish washers take lots of energy. So, eat off of paper plates. To

    make them reusable, cover them entirely in duct tape. After you use them

    once, simply add a clean layer of duct tape.

    3. Keep your food cooled and preserved without the use of a

    refrigerator: Wrap it in several layers of newspaper and two layers of

    duct tape. Add rock salt before the wrap and it may keep for months.

    4. Extend the wear of your clothing while reducing your laundry: Duct

    Tape over clothing.

    5. Related hint: Duct Tape over each armpit reduces odor and thus the

    need to wash clothing.

    6. Duct tape your eyeware down to little slits. Using the box camera

    principle, this will seemingly increase the amount of light entering

    your eye in low-light conditions thereby reducing the need for electric

    light.

    7. Make your own wind-powered generator: Duct tape six boat oars to a

    wheel hub attached to an axle which turns a generator which powers your

    dwelling.

    8. Reduce your reliance on fossil fuels: While waiting at a stop light,

    turn off your engine, put your transmission in neutral, then duct tape

    your vehicle to the vehicle in front of you.

    9. Turn off the television. Create the ultimate in reality TV: Duct tape

    your cat and dog tail to tail and watch the hilarity begin. No pets?

    Take turns duct taping each other to pieces of furniture and time the

    escapes.

    10. Put a stop to "rolling blackouts" once and for all. Just duct tape

    them in place.

    information someday.

    K, the BLORB comes with frag tape to hold the HSF on. Dont know how well it would work but worth a try. There is also the Artic Silver Epoxy.c>

    I just got back a 2.5 GB WD they replaced. It lasted all of 17 days. It was a new drive from Oct 2000. I wash my hands of WD. If any of our customers still insist on a WD drive they will still get it but no warranty from us.

    Granted any manufacturer will produce bad stuff, but WD does it over and over again.

    I am running a pair of Maxtor 20GB ATA100 7200 rpm mirrored. I must have gotten lucky. biggrin.gif

    As for the Western Digital I am just going by experiance. Last year I installed 45 WD drives and 15 where bad or went bad soon after they went in. I installed over 200 Maxtors and only had 3 bad drives.c>
