I shut off all bass and it still does it but only every other day is seems there is something loose in the woofer.

my bass is too high and I have not changed any of my setting and the knob is set to the lowest point and is still making a racket my speakers are 2+ years old. what should I do. Cheapest solution

what is the phono plug and what about volume knob static. If I need to get new speakers what should I get that is less than $150

my cable going to one of my speakers does not work well at all the sound out of one speakers is lower than all the rest and it is impossible to hear except at a really high volume level. Sometimes I get nothing at all unless I play with it. I know it is the cable since I plugged the speaker into a different input and it worked fine. How do I fix it without the $60 monster fix(that is ridiculously expensive for 3 year old speakers. I wish I never bought these speakers. If I ever get a new job the first thing I buy is a pair of logitech 680's. Since they have normal plugs on there cables.. Also my knob for my volume causes static in the speakers occasionaly

when I change the volume control I get static what is wrong what should I do I think my warranty is over but the speakers still sound great.
