newbie question - identical in-wall speakers? r-5650-w r-5650-s

Hello,

I am putting together a home theater. I like the sound of klipsch speakers, especially for home theater. My room arrangement is a 24x32 room where the home theater is "created" in the center with room dividing knee walls (of different heights). This is the only way I could figure out how to "watch the game on the big screen" while playing pool. The area created by the "knee walls" is roughly 12x12.

<edit>

I only have room for inwall speakers (or in-ceiling) for the surrounds and the rear. I am very limited in the location of the surround speakers, they will be about 5 feet to each side of the seating area, and between 1 and 3 behind the listener. They can be up to 65 inches off the ground.

I went looking for speakers and came across a great deal on r5650w's and r5650s speakers. I purchased 4 of the W speakers and am in the process of purchasing two of the S speakers to use with a 6.1 onkyo amp.

I had a bunch of rambling questions posted here but have edited them out when I answered some of my own questions. Please let me know if the conclusions in the next post are good ones.

Thanks,
-Ted

OK, I have been doing some more searching around the posts, and simplifying my query brought a bunch more hits.. Here is my interpretation of the concensus:

1. ok to use r5650w for fronts and center, best orientation would be at the same level.

- My center will have to be below the motorized screen- and I think that this will be too low for the fronts...
so my fronts will be higher than my center.
- Should I lay the 5650W on it's side, or mount it vertically?

2. the 5650S would be a better choice for the surround positions than the 5650W.

- ok. I sent an email to get a pair of "S" speakers.

3. the 5650S would be a better rear because my couch is very close to the wall.

- However I won't have another 5650S to use... so how would it sound if I had the
rear (centered) 5650W mounted in the ceiling while the rest were near ear level?
Would this be better or worse than a 5650W right behind the couch?

- If I source another 5650S for right behind the couch, is there a way to use two 5650W speakers
as a single center channel? Poor man's RC62?

Finally, is there a back box enclosure available that is made for these speakers? Where do I find this? Is the installation kit worthwhile? Right now the walls are studs. I am getting close to installing the ceiling, so this is the next decision I have to make (where to mount the rear center speaker).

Thanks in advance,
Ted
