The crossovers, the tweeters,the woofers, thickness of the MDF, the insulation material ? And what makes the speaker heavier? maybe concrete? haha. I think it.s more MDF inside. Are there reinforcements inside or is it just an empty box? Greetings from Holland. p.s. Is there a picture to look inside the speaker? Bill H. Posted September 4, 2009 Share Posted September 4, 2009 Wim From my memory, I believe the RF 82's have more refinement, are built stronger and have much smoother sound. They are the Latest verision of an already popular line. The RF 35 are very nice. I found that they sounded much harsher, too me. If you could buy the RF 82's you would be very Happy !
