MM10
So last night I was sitting in the living room and I hear this god-awful popping from my computer room. I go in there and find that my Klipsch Pro-Media 5.1 surround sound system no longer works. I popped open the amp and here's what I found: I was amazed to see the little daughter board next to the big yellow (MOV?) was totally fried to a crisp. I have no idea how this happened, as I have this system hooked up to a Monster Home Theatre protector, and nothing else was damaged at all and at the time there were no power surges or anything of the sort, it was extremely spontaneous. Now I am wondering if I can get a replacement amp or have this repaired within a reasonable budget? Can anyone help me out here and give me some advice? Thank you.
