alvin.chc
Guys, I've purchased a Klipsch X10 from Amazon US during sales on November 2011. It was functioning and serve me well for months. It's so small and comfortable in my tiny ear, i do enjoy the music and fatigue-less comfort! I use it daily when commute, noise level cut down and i can have music clear in my head However, bad thing happens unexpectedness. Out of sudden there's no sound coming from left side. I've tried switching to other source like mp3, iphone, etc, but no luck; there's still no sound from the left side. This was the first earpiece that failed on me, i have other brand flagship earpiece/headphone for years and still going strong. I wonder am i getting a lemon or it's normal to klipsch x10 to fail after months? Problem now is i'm located in Singapore, can Klipsch be serviced RMA here in Singapore service center if there's any? how should i go about to RMA? I wish i could do it here in Singapore for easier handling. Sincerely request comments/feedback from Klipsch therefore to close the case ASAP. Thank you. Rgds, Alvin
BlueSwan
WOW! Exactly the same thing happened to me. No warning signs at all beforehand, no crackles or anything like that. The sound is just gone completely on one side. I'm in Denmark and would also like to know how to RMA it. There seems to be zero info on it on the Klipsch website - or if there is I haven't ben able to find it.

Ringo
I got mine from Amazon US during end Nov'11 too. And I am sure I've only used it less then 10 times cos I'm mostly on my Shure. For some reason when I try using it 2 days ago, there is no sound from the left side too I went down to the dealer in Singapore Tat Chuan Acoustic Pte Ltd at The Adelphi and was told that they no longer carry X10 cos it's an obsolete product so they no longer carry them. If only i have purchased X10i, then they will be able to honor the warranty. Would appreciate very much if you can advise what should I do. Thank you. Alex L
Assuming you purchased from an authorized Klipsch dealer, our headphones all have two year warranties. The authorized Klipsch dealer you purchased them from should be able to help you out!
