Xingyu Posted March 17, 2012 Share Posted March 17, 2012 I bought this pair of X10 27th Nov. 2011 and it worked perfect until this month, one ear started to losing sound. Now most of the time the left ear doesn't work. I want to send it to Klipsch and get it repaired because I believe it is still in warranty and I kept it perfectly in the case all the time.
