ericlinardy Posted May 25, 2012 Share Posted May 25, 2012 Hi. I purchased my Klipsch Image x10 from Amazon and I have found it amazing. However, I have found that the rubber part connecting the wire metallic part have teared. I tried to approach local distributor here (Singapore), but they did not do any repair and did not accept Amazon warranty. After awhile, I repaired with multipurpose glue, however the tear kept expanding. I tried to contact Klipsch by contact services at the website and even send e-mail to support for around a week and has not even received any reply. Please help. Regards. Alex L Posted May 25, 2012 Share Posted May 25, 2012 You need to deal with the people you bought the headphones from on Amazon. Did you buy directly from Amazon or a 3rd-party dealer on Amazon?
