Thoughts on the KSS-2 bookshelf

I recently purchased a pair of old KSS-2 bookshelf speakers and am completely amazed by them. I have had quintet and promedia speakers before and watching TV with these is in a completely different league. I currently have them in the bedroom with an older Yamaha receiver and usually listen at very low volumes (ie. other people are asleep). I can't believe how well these image at such quite volumes, they're about 5 feet apart and it honestly sounds like I have a center channel between them.

Aside from their delightful sound, three things really struck me about this speaker: 1) It is the only 'non-monster-heritage' speaker I have seen from Klipsch which uses a horn on the bass (mid) driver. 2) It is the only 'non-monster-heritage' speaker from Klipsch I'm aware of which has BOTH drivers mounted to a horn. And 3) it is listed on the Heritage page on the Klipsch site.(?)

So anyhow, just wanted to share my experience with them and was wondering if anyone knew anything else about them.
