Matt2004 Posted December 29, 2012 Share Posted December 29, 2012 I've had my S4i for about a year now and they have been the best headphones I've ever owned. But sometime in the past month or two the buttons that control playback quit working. I have both a current iPod classic and a third gen touch both of which can be controlled by the S4i. Now they still function perfectly other than that. That is what confuses me. No loss of quality or odd behavior other than I use them with my htc incredible for watching you tube and the videos would randomly pause. I had dropped my phone with them plugged in and it hit right at the plug. Does anyone know what could be causing this I love them a ton and don't want to spend another $100 at best buy for new ones Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
