Youngklip
I am wanting to get the Pioneer Dv-47A combo player with SACD. And my a/v receiver dont have Pre-in's. SO would it be ok to just use the left right analog ins? ------------------ Bose Suck..Period
boa12
yk, sure. you'll then use the 2.0 format & won't get 5.1 dvd-audio/sacd. actually right now that's the only way 192/24 comes is in 2.0. if you have those dacs in your player. make sure the disks have a dvd-audio/sacd 2.0 format. ------------------ My Home Systems Page
Youngklip
I believe me and you talked about this a few months ago. I got my RSW-15 now. This dvd player is the bomb, It has 3x2 192k/24 all the way around. I thought my receiver process's every thing that comes through even stereo. I sure hope the signal pass by with no problem I got a lot of stereo dvd-audio disc no SACD yet. ------------------ Bose Suck..Period
boa12
yk, it will process everything you put thru one way or the other. just that to do 5.1 dvd-audio or sacd formats, you need 6 connects to a preamp/receiver w/ 6 direct inputs. you're good to go on for any 2.0, albeit sacd, pcm, etc. your receiver dsp should do the bass mgmt for sub output. so believe you'd want the player bass mgmt set for large speaks. ------------------ My Home Systems Page
