I tried to get them warrantied but I used a guest-checkout while purchasing them and couldn't find the actual invoice in my email. The person I spoke to was pretty adamant that was a requirement, even though I had the original box/upc/product. This seems to be a really common issue, so I'm curious if anyone has a fix for it. I've seen people doing things like replacing the connectors, but I'm not sure how to test if that's the issue, or how to do it.
