"No speakers can be found" during HD wireless system setup

Hi,

I have a pair of RP-440WF, one 440WC, one 110WSW and a pair of 140WM. I followed the instruction in the manual:

-power the speakers in the wall outlet

-select the position in the back of the speakers

-the light in the front of speakers start blinking

-power the RP-HUB1 HD CONTROL CENTER (connect to TV via HDMI ARC) and follow the instruction in the TV screen

in the setup stage, the Hub1 tried to find all the speakers. After about 1 minute, it said "No speakers can be found". All the speakers are still blinking.

I have tried 2 Hub1 controllers (both brand new) with newest firmware and factory reset setting. Both showed the same message "No speakers can be found".

Anyone here had the same issue? What could be the problem? It's really hard to believe that all speakers are broken.

Thanks a lot.

The system simply does not work properly.  Mine is the single worst purchase I've ever made.  I regret it every day and have gone from a Klipsch fan who owned multiple Klipsch systems to an ardent hater of anything Klipsch.
