RScruggs5 Posted July 11, 2020 Share Posted July 11, 2020 I am looking to upgrade my current 5.2 speaker set up to at least a 5.2.2. I currently have two R-820 floor speakers, two R-120SW, a R-34C and two speakers in the ceiling (came with the house). I was using the speakers in the ceiling as the surround rears due to their location, just behind the listening position. I would like to use the ceiling speakers for Atmos (maybe even add two more to the front of the listening position) so therefor I need new surround speakers. I am debating on placement and speaker selection. In wall? On wall? Bookshelf? RS-52's vs RB-52's? RP "Designer Wall Mount" speakers?
