ShaynG Posted December 31, 2021 Share Posted December 31, 2021 I have a 2 year old Bar 48 sound bar. The other day it just stopped working, we haven't changed anything with our home setup. It's connected to the TV via optical cable. When we power on the soundbar the status lights will come on initially, then starts flickering and goes out, sound never comes on, it seems the power is still on as we can adjust the volume and when powering off then on again it keeps the same power level, but again no sound comes through The subwoofer light starts flashing blue like it's waiting for a signal from the soundbar but nothing happens. I did try to swap out the optical cable but that didn't fix it, so it seems it's not that and the bar itself has an issue. Anyone experience anything like this before? I've submitted a support ticket (#284599) about a week ago but haven't heard back yet. Also tried calling in the support number but can't seem to get through and get put on hold indefinitely before I have to give up and carry on with my day.
