Looking for tips on my upgrade path that i can do step by step.

Im not looking for louder sound, but "Better", its used most for home teather.

1. Center first, RC-64 II, other newer that will timbre match RF-82 II then look for something to math the center after.

2. Fronts first RF83/63 II, then get RC-64 II or other that match well?.

3. Try upgrade Left,Right,Center in 1 go with the models above, or other?, or other brand?.

Im mentioning the older RF,RC series because they often pop up close by to ok prices.

I had the upgrade bug and I had basically the same setup as you, only one level down......... RF62, RC52.

I bought the RP 504C and noticed a big difference. Then got my hands on a pair of RP 8000F.

Was very happy but I kept wondering what the next level would sound like.

I came across a great deal on a used RC 64iii  (honestly I could never afford new even if it was on sale) and  if I could give you one piece of advice, its to grab the biggest, baddest center speaker you can afford.

The 64iii simply blows away the 504C.  I am running everything off a very entry level Yamaha receiver. Looking forward to upgrading that next to a mid level receiver with pre outs and a separate amp for the front stage.
