Well I have a reality check for you all

Recommended Posts

This is going to be a bit bitter but when I buy a product for $275 I expect it to last and if something is defective you should replace it for free. The preamp was defective and is more quirky then my mother-in-law. Always needing little taps to get the sound levels to even out and crackling all the time. I don't see why I should be happy with this product and klipsch when they say "Hey, we have a fix! Now just give us some more money because we screwed up." That's ridiculous. Yes I was happy with these speakers when I bought them, but I've bought $30 speakers that still can control the volume. Oh and one last thing. Klipsch needs to start standing up and giving real-world wattage ratings for there multimedia products. You are kidding yourself if you think that it's a 400 watt system.
