However occasionally i want touse them for watching movies through a reciever. So will the 4.1 Pro-media speakers serve as a good home entertaiment system for movies using a DVD or VCR player? That is, with your head within about 4' of each satellite. Greater distance changes the tonal balance, but you may be happy. remember that the system has no center channel capability.
