49erFanatic Posted April 21, 2001 Share Posted April 21, 2001 I purchased a set of V.2-400's at the end of January and I am NOT impressed. I switch from a BOSE Acoustamass system, that was a bad idea. The volume controls are scratchy and the crossovers aren't filtering the bass. They are very flat compared to the BOSE system. I can only listen to them at 40% of of max..... not impressive. The only thing that is a plus is the bass response of the sub. I have sent E-mails to Tech support and called tech support with no response (had to leave message). I was told that I got screwed because the 4.1's are far superior in quality. I expect better quality from a company like KLIPSCH. I hope customer service or Tech support contacts me soon.
