Due to size restraints, this is the lineup I had chosen, RF3II, RC3II, SS1 & SB2. Keeping with the size & $$$$$, which of the new series would match up with the Pioneer unit the best for movies. TauRus Posted May 28, 2003 Share Posted May 28, 2003 I had Pioneer Elite VSX-43TX for a few weeks at home and I found the sound quite neutral, not bright at all. My speakers are RF-3/RC-3/RB-5 Overall impression is quite positive: very good build quality, neat look, nice OSD and features.
