tk420 Posted August 23, 2003 Share Posted August 23, 2003 alright, i posted this in another forum, as i was unaware of the 4.1 dedicated forum, but i'm posting it here too. i got 4.1 promedia system earlier this summer to go with my new computer. so i get my computer setup in my dorm room, and i can't get power into the speakers at all (note: they did work at one point, i had this problem one other time, but unplugging and re-plugging everything seemed to do the trick). well, i don't know if its going into the sub, and i don't have a voltmeter to check it out. i have everything plugged in everywhere, but i don't get the status led at all. at first i thtought it was because the one prong on the power cable was bent so it wasn't getting power for some odd reason, but i bent it back and i still get nothing. any sugestions? cemepee Posted September 3, 2003 Share Posted September 3, 2003 to me it sounds like ur system is on the edge of dying. me personally i would check and see if the system was still under warrenty and get klipsch to fix it is if it aint i would pay the 50 dollers to have it serviced.
