damoly
I just had a chance to finally listen to my new C7, and I noticed that one of the woofers seems to be vibrating or sounds distorted compared to the other one. The left woofer sounds fine, but the right seems to emit a vibrating or whirring sound at all volume levels. Any ideas anyone? Thanks, marc

damoly
Ok, I'm pretty sure that it is blown. Under warranty, would klipsch just send me another one, or will I have to ship the whole speaker just to get it replaced? That is one thing that I really don't want to do. Anyone here ever have this problem, just wanting the woofer replaced?
boa12
damoly, yea try calling 1-800-klipsch, x4161, erica in returns. if that won't go u'll probably have to try to get it handled thru whoever u bot from. take it's not a local dealer especially since you're in boston
