My thoughts are that with the mouth opening area and the length, it should load the driver to 70 - 80 hz. I don't believe their claim of being flat to 30 hz. Cerwin vega has a bass horn similar in size and shape to that. If you want to see a bass horn that can play pretty deep, check out the lab horn. You can access the link from the parts express page.
