GabooN
HI, Yeah I thought so.. I was wondering if the PREAMP/ new control pad would fix the static/hum in my rear speakers. It's on all the time you have to hold your head up to the speaker to hear it but I know its there and well it annoys me. I narrowed it down to the rear ports on my sub, I want to try this new control pad BUT if it doesnt fix it I see no need for it..
Moderators Amy Posted July 17, 2001 Moderators Share Posted July 17, 2001 It just depends on what's causing the hum. It could be the pod, sub, soundcard, electronic interference... If you want to try out the new pod, you can purchase it, then you have 30 days to return if you're not satisfied (you do not get a refund on shipping, however). Do the rear speakers hum when your computer is turned off? ------------------ Amy ProMedia Tech Support promediatech@klipsch.com
GabooN
HI, Yes they humm all the time.. I turned off any and everything that could produce interference. The one thing I do like about the new POD is the ON/OFF. Maybe I will give it a go..
