Klipschmeister Posted January 18, 2005 Share Posted January 18, 2005 I don't know how electronically proficient you are but you might consider cutting off the multipin connector that plugs into the sub and slice the rubber off the side until you can pull the metal ring out of the end of the connector. Strip the wires back on the cut cable and re-solder the wires directly to the connector terminals. It may be ugly but my guess is that it will work. That connector is a trouble maker and has soldered connections inside that are very fragile. E-mail me at rstidham@insightbb.com for the pin wiring diagram if you need it. Maybe this can help.
