mikea57
I'm considering installing a mixture of the round and rectangular Klipsch in wall speakers for a job I'm doing and I'm wondering if there are backplates/backboxes available for the above mentioned speakers or do they connect directly to the sheetrock with some sort of built in clamp? I tried accessing the manual for the speakers but my browser keeps throwing an error when I click the linkl. What about an in-wall subwoofer? Does Klipsch have one available? Thanks! Guest BobG
both of these models are designed to work in infinite space rather than have back boxes. as a general rule, a speaker designed to work in a back box does not work well in infinite baffle loading and vice versa. So as most in-wall and in-celing speakers are designed to work without back boxes, adding them interferes with bass performance of the speakers Klipsch does not currently offer in-wall subs. Guest BobG
Thanks. Life is good. I lurk here occasionally. IMO, the forum is in good hands between the veterans and Amy.
