Why ask Y (cable that is)...

Sorry for this Newbie question.

Have the following:

Denon 3801

KSW-12 sub

Have a sub cable running from the sub out on the 3801 to the LFE on the sub.

Is there any reason to get a Y-adapter to run the sub into both the L and R inputs on the sub?

thanks,

Johnny

i believe that because the ksw line inputs are not internally summed u will get about a 6 db increase in output - a pretty noticeable

difference. so get a good quality Y & give it a try.
