The SP3 for example seems like a great value for sub $700 integrated tube amp. This pre-amp seems well regarded and in another price class...perhaps one of the better on the market? http://www.melody.com.au/product/shw1688.htm Does anyone have any experience with the Melody pre-amp? Or perhaps their mono blocks? It's not the easiest to get info on. How would you position it vs say the Juicey Music pre that seems popular here? I guess being from DFW Dodd Audio is another local value option. I guess I would need to get two and compare. I read a message months ago that the Juicey Music pre was making a demo tour with possible stop with the DFW Audio Jam...not sure if that is still in the works or past.
