bigger is always better.

Just for clarification...many have this notion that "bigger is louder"

and that's why it's better...though that is often the case, the

important thing here is that bigger results in less distortion.

No need to bore you with all the details, but the science greatly

favors going bigger in all cases. Sadly the demand in the market favors

going smaller - just keep in mind that there are always compromises

being made the smaller the speakers get. Sometimes these compromises

are acceptable, but you will have determine that for yourself.

If you get the chance I would highly recommend doing an AB comparison

(preferably one where you can instantly switch between the two).
