dc270 Posted January 10, 2006 Share Posted January 10, 2006 I recently aquirde a couple of KP 301's Having looked at them much closer now I will need some parts to restore them or at this point possibly part them out. The two 15" Cast Frame Klipsch Pro woofers have R451555-1 295 stamped on the cones back. They are 2.64 ohms I can't tell if they are K-48's or not. They work fine. The four bolt mid driver (missing one) is a K-57, not KP-66's. The two plastic horn bodies are good. The one K-79 tweeter is in good shape but will need another to match. The crossovers, KP 3.0B's, look in good condition. The maple plywood cabinets are pretty good except where they were drilled through to mount a couple of eye bolts to hang them with. Anyway- any thoughts you have on these would be appreciated- I have already checked with Bob Crites on spare parts (a real nice guy!) with not much help.
