Hissing left speaker, hot subwoofer

Recommended Posts

I have a hissing sound out of the left front speaker on my 4.1's. The subwoofer gets extremely hot, and I still get the hissing sound when I turn the speakers off. Both speakers are at least 1 foot from the computer. The problems gets worse the longer the sub is plugged in. .

Any suggestions?

Guys I'm also having the same sort of problems. I have explained my problems in graphic detail on this thread:

Have you guys found a solution? How long did you have the speakers before these problems showed themselves?

Thanks for the info guys, much appreciated.
