drick Posted December 16, 2007 Share Posted December 16, 2007 Hi, I'm in the process of swapping out my 3 year old Sony 9000ES receiver with a Denon 5308CI, and got to thinking about how i have my sub set up. I have a single cable out of the sub port on the receiver going to the sub in. I have LFE turned on, and the other 2 settings (can't remember what they are) turned off. I'm also running the amp at max output on the amp, and vary the sub volume setting between 75% and 100%. I never spent much time thinking about this set up before, and looking at the "manual" was less than useful. What do you think, should i leave it as is, or switch it up?
