R.D. Posted February 24, 2008 Share Posted February 24, 2008 I bought a C-26 pre-amp and MC-2105 amp for my Klipsch Heresy speakers. As a rookie, I am unsure about hooking up the speaker wires. Should one speaker wire be on 8ohm and the other be attached to "com"? The rest of the wires are straight forward. There is a doubt in my mind about which (+ or -). Also, I'm not sure about the 4ohm, 8ohm, and 16 ohm. I'm not trying to do anything slick, just a basic stereo. I'm surprized the screws for the speaker wires aren't better?
